Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary service suspensions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to assessment methodologies, question banks, software code, logos, and website design, are the exclusive property of ICEF INDIA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ICEF INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh/Delhi NCR.
